The project is initiated by In and By Design, a nonprofit organization located and active ins the west side of Chicago. The design intent is the conversion of an existing commercial property located in west Garfield Park neighborhood into a space for supportive housing and social counseling. Top floor will be renovated into 3 SROs to be used as supportive housing and first floor will contain office space and meeting rooms for the management of the supportive housing located on the top floor as well as providing counseling services.

In and By Design is a 501c3 organization initiating and assisting in development projects in underserved neighborhoods of Chicago west side. They provide market assessment, legal help, marketing strategy and outreach planning and programming.

Revival Resources provided initial programming, space layout, design studies and marketing imageries to showcase the project’s design intent as well as creating construction cost estimates for pricing purposes and setting fundraising goals.
